SA Job Responsibilities:
Provide solid systems engineering work assessing, implementing, documenting and supporting computing environments; with an emphasis on Microsoft solutions, Virtualization, Storage and Networking technologies.
Serve as Equilibrium Service Center (ESC) team member.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and systems infrastructure issues.
Provide IT support services to clients on a scheduled, requested and urgent basis.
Develop systems configuration and standard operating procedures documentation.
Maintain Client documentation.
Submit time and expense reports in a timely manner.
Continue to set and achieve new goals for professional development plans (PDP).
Identify possible new business opportunities at clients.
Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs.
Report to the ITSP Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
Proficiently accomplish the following types of engineering and consulting work:
Troubleshooting and Systems Recovery
Application Upgrades and Deployments
Best Practice Administration of basic and complex Computing Environments:
Desired IT industry certifications:
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or (MCSA)
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
