Inside Sales & Appointment Setter

You will be given one-on-one training allowing you to learn how to:

  • Prospect and find new clients through pig-headed discipline
  • Bond and build rapport with prospects/clients
  • Understand customer business drivers and true solution selling techniques
  • Secure the prospect meeting and be successful by mastering the up-front contract system
  • Use questioning strategies qualify prospects and more importantly, disqualify non-prospects
  • Identify the reasons for doing business; understanding the prospect's pain points
  • Present the Equilibrium IT Solutions value proposition/offerings to executives, managers and company owners

Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Professional prospecting skills and appointment setting
  • Experience in selling IT solutions that are mainly consulting services, or other sales background
  • Technical knowledge of network and systems infrastructure products
  • Consulting experience and background
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Associates Degree or better 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
